SLP

The development and submission of the SLP is a requirement of the MPRDA and defines the Social and Labour programmes to be active for the lifetime of every mining right.

Compliance is mandatory for all mines within South Africa wishing to retain their Mining rights or obtain a new Mining rights.

The Minerals and Petroleum Resources Development Act (Act 28 Of 2002) - MPRDA and the Mining Charter are legislative requirements that we subscribe to.
